What if I was discriminated against or harassed by the school where I am student or taking classes?

The U.S. Department of Education, office of civil rights, handles charges of discrimination in education. Students who have been discriminated against or harassed, may ultimately be able to bring a lawsuit in federal court to obtain both legal and equitable remedies for the violation of their civil rights.
