Adrian Jonak, Attorney

Adrian-resized 480x640Adrian is an attorney at Asonye and Associates. He obtained his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to joining Asonye and Associates, Adrian worked as an attorney at a small law firm in Chicago, where he represented clients in matters including breach of contract, defamation, and eviction claims.

Adrian now represents firm clients in employment and labor related matters in the areas of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, racial harassment, race discrimination, retaliation, constructive discharge, whistleblower claims, and claims arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act. He represents clients in proceedings before Illinois state courts, the Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Human Rights Commission, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. 


Pamela final finalPamela Rangel is the Law Clerk at Asonye & Associates. She is a second-year law student at DePaul University College of Law. She is currently a Student Bar Association Mentor for incoming law students to help them transition into the rigorous world of law.

Prior to attending law school, Pamela received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in 2009. It was while attending UIC that she discovered her passion for the law. She currently assists all staff members at Asonye & Associates with legal research and administrative duties.

Pamela is fluent in oral and written Spanish.

Renee C. Fell

She has significant experience representing clients in a variety of matters, including whistleblower claims, discrimination claims under Title VII, Illinois Human Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act retaliation suits, restrictive covenants, separation agreements, breach of contract, defamation, and related labor and employment torts. Renee has represented clients before Federal and Illinois state courts, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Department of Employment Security and private arbitrators. Renee has been admitted to practice before the bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois, as well as in federal court at the Northern District of Illinois.

Natalie Zakarzecka, Attorney

Natalie Z - Resized PhotoNatalie is an attorney at Asonye and Associates. She joined the firm in 2015. Since then, Natalie has worked on a variety of employment immigration and personal immigration matters, including both immigrant and non-immigrant processes, in the U.S. and at a consular level. Natalie has significant experience in H-1b petitions, H-1b Cap-Exempt petitions, J-1 Waiver application, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions, National Interest Waivers, Physician National Interest Waivers, Adjustment of Status applications, Naturalization applications, Immediate Relative and Family-based immigrant visa petitions, and K-1 Fiancé petitions. Natalie works with employers, physicians, and other professionals and skilled workers at securing their temporary and/or permanent stay in the United States, as well as works with U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents in helping them unite with their family members and loved ones.

Natalie obtained her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in December of 2014. Prior to joining Asonye and Associates, she worked as a law clerk in the fields of personal injury and workers' compensation. Natalie has been admitted to practice before the bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois in May of 2015. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Sedenia Johnson, Office Manager

Sedenias PicSedenia Johnson is the Office Manager at Asonye & Associates. She has earned her Associates in Applied Science with her major as a Paralegal from Northwestern College in 2009. Sedenia is currently a member of Alpha Beta Gamma, a Business Honor Society.

She currently assists all staff members with various legal tasks and other administrative duties. Sedenia dedicates herself to the law firm of Asonye & Associates and continues to enhance her life activities and education.
