Constance holds the position of Law Clerk at Asonye & Associates. She began her legal studies at Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2022 and is presently in her second year. Constance also participates as a competitor on the Loyola Mock Trial Team, serves as the President of the Black Law Students Association, and is a fellow for Loyola's Rodin Center of Social Justice.

Kelechi is a Law Clerk at Asonye & Associates. In 2022, Kelechi started her law program at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Kelechi is a member of the Loyola Mock Trial Team. During her first year, Kelechi became the health law 1L representative in her section along with being a member of the Black Law Students Association. Kelechi will begin her second year in the fall.

Ciara Asonye is a legal assistant at Asonye & Associates. She is currently enrolled at DePaul University. She is currently studying Political Science and has maintained her Dean's List status for 9 consecutive quarters. She has been involved in student organizations such as the Student Advisory Board and DePaul's Cities Project. Through her involvement in Depaul's Student Advisory Board, She has orchestrated and led several workshops and seminars, including topics pertaining to anti-racism practices in professional settings and struggles with food and housing insecurity for students in the community.

Jonathan Downin is an Associate Attorney with Asonye & Associates. He has extensive experience in the field of immigration with many successful petitions for both business and personal immigration clients. Among Jonathan's accomplishments are numerous immigrant and non-immigrant visa approvals including those in the following categories: H-1B, National Interest Waivers, L, EB, and O; permanent residency and labor certification. In addition to his expertise in immigration, Jonathan also has considerable experience with intellectual property rights issues and dispute resolution, trademark filings, corporate document drafting, and contract-to-closing real estate deals. Jonathan has been admitted to practice before the bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois.
