Natalie is an attorney at Asonye and Associates. She joined the firm in 2015. Since then, Natalie has worked on a variety of employment immigration and personal immigration matters, including both immigrant and non-immigrant processes, in the U.S. and at a consular level. Natalie has significant experience in H-1b petitions, H-1b Cap-Exempt petitions, J-1 Waiver application, EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions, National Interest Waivers, Physician National Interest Waivers, Adjustment of Status applications, Naturalization applications, Immediate Relative and Family-based immigrant visa petitions, and K-1 Fiancé petitions. Natalie works with employers, physicians, and other professionals and skilled workers at securing their temporary and/or permanent stay in the United States, as well as works with U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents in helping them unite with their family members and loved ones.
Natalie obtained her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in December of 2014. Prior to joining Asonye and Associates, she worked as a law clerk in the fields of personal injury and workers' compensation. Natalie has been admitted to practice before the bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois in May of 2015. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Prior to attending law school, Natalie attended Saint Xavier University in Chicago. She graduated with highest honors, earning degrees in Political Science and History. Natalie was born in Poland and is fluent in Polish.
